Pre-Sales Engineer; SaaS; Remote

Position: Pre-Sales Engineer (SaaS) - Remote-Working
Our client, a global provider of Tax & Compliance solutions, are looking to recruit an experienced, driven Technical/Pre-Sales Engineer to join their growing team. Working on a remote contract (with the opportunity to travel to meet with key clients when required), this is an exceptional opportunity for the right candidate. The company's scalable IT-driven solutions meet the demands of an evolving/complex regulatory landscape, and they offer products unparalleled across their competitors. Due to their YOY growth and influx of industry-changing products to be imminently launched into the market, they are seeking the perfect candidate to assist their Sales team in demonstrating technical solutions to clients. In a nutshell, your responsibilities will include:

- Combining commercial strategy with technical consultancy, supporting enterprise sales engagements across multiple countries and working with complex ERP and regulatory environments
- Leading complex discovery workshops with multinational organisations, identifying business processes, transaction flows, ERP landscapes, and compliance requirements
- Designing scalable, cross-border solution architectures that address both technical and commercial customer needs
- Acting as a trusted advisor to enterprise stakeholders, partnering closely with Sales to influence buying decisions and progress strategic opportunities.

- Owning the technical delivery of RFPs, RFIs, and global tender responses, producing high-quality solution documentation
- Delivering tailored product demonstrations aligned with customers' business scenarios, regulatory obligations, and ERP ecosystems
- Supporting partner-led and embedded solution models, ensuring a seamless transition from pre-sales to implementation teams
- Contributing to pre-sales best practices, competitive positioning, demo environments, and messaging across the global organisation
- Utilising AI-enabled tools to improve discovery, automate proposal creation, and personalise customer demonstrations In order to be considered for this position, it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following:

- Proven experience in a Pre-Sales / Sales Engineering role within Enterprise SaaS or Technology solutions
- Strong ability to lead structured discovery sessions and translate complex customer requirements into scalable solution designs
- Experience engaging with senior business and technical stakeholders throughout enterprise sales cycles
- Exposure to ERP environments (such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc) - Comfort in working autonomously within a global, remote-first environment and collaborating across international teams and time zones Excellent written and verbal communication skills In addition to a very competitive basic salary of £75,000, our client are also offering the following:
