Online Corporate Travel Booking Consultant Are you an experienced corporate travel professional who enjoys working with online booking tools and solving system-related queries? This is a hands-on role supporting corporate clients with the day-to-day use of their online booking platforms. You'll manage booking and technical queries, process amendments and refunds, investigate problems and ensure each client's travel policy and booking configuration are working correctly.

You'll also support new client set-ups and help users feel confident navigating their online booking tools. Online Corporate Travel Booking Consultant
- What will you be doing? Responding to day-to-day online booking queries by phone, email and digital channels Investigating and resolving booking, system and technical issues Processing bookings, amendments, cancellations and refunds Checking client travel policies, approval processes and system configurations Supporting travellers and bookers with the effective use of online booking tools Escalating more complex technical issues to the appropriate technology partner Assisting with new client set-ups, system testing, UAT and go-live activity Monitoring recurring issues and suggesting practical improvements Maintaining accurate client and implementation information Supporting colleagues with more complex system or booking queries Helping clients increase their use of online booking and self-service options Online Corporate Travel Booking Consultant
- What experience do I need?

Experience with in corporate travel or an online travel support environment is essential Good working knowledge of at least one GDS, such as Sabre, Travelport or Amadeus Experience using or supporting one or more online booking tools An understanding of corporate travel policies, booking processes and approval workflows Strong problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail The confidence to manage client queries and explain technical information clearly The ability to prioritise a busy workload and manage several queries at once A genuine interest in travel technology and systems Experience supporting new client implementations, system testing or colleagues with technical queries would be useful but is not essential.

This role would suit someone who enjoys the operational side of corporate travel but is particularly interested in online booking systems.
