We are recruiting for an IT Support Assistant to join a successful organisation within the financial services sector.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with some IT support experience who is looking to develop their career in a varied, hands-on role. You'll support around 130 users, helping with everything from day-to-day technical issues and equipment set-ups to software, systems and wider IT projects.
The Role
- Provide first-line IT support to employees
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and system issues
- Manage and follow up IT support tickets
- Set up laptops, mobiles and user access for new starters
- Support Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Copilot and other business systems
- Manage IT equipment, stock and deliveries
- Liaise with external IT support providers
- Assist with software rollouts, testing and IT projects
