At Epic Fusion, you will serve as a Senior Workplace Architect, responsible for the architecture, automation, and continuous improvement of our clients’ Microsoft 365 workplaces. Working together as a team, we guide companies safely through their digital transformation– effectively and with an eye toward the future.

With your knowledge and smart ideas, you’ll create modern workplaces that deliver added value for our clients– increasingly through the strategic use of AI features.

With passion, you will design and oversee the technical foundation of our clients’ digital transformation processes.

Working as a team, we will make companies more successful, teams more efficient, and employees happier.

You will work on exciting projects for established Swiss companies.

Substantial, multi-year experience as a Microsoft Systems or Cloud Engineer– with a proven track record of architecture-level projects.

Practical experience with workplace engineering gained through client or project work.

Interest in the use of AI and agentic workflows in the workplace.

Training as a Computer Scientist (EFZ) in Systems Engineering; additional academic studies are a plus– experience is equally valued.

Good command of German and English.

Enjoyment of a dynamic, growing environment with occasional client assignments in Switzerland.

Openness to a flexible work model combining teamwork at the offices in Zurich or Bern with remote work.
