Technical Project Manager

Salary: £55,000 - 95,000 per year

• We require an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong emphasis on network infrastructure and network security project delivery.
• We require a proven history of working in network and network security environments.
• We would prefer CCNA or CCNP qualification.
• We ideally want experience delivering solutions in Cisco-centric environments, including network design and delivery.
• We require experience managing a design and implementation workstream, including detailed LAN/WAN design, security, and voice.
• We require high attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• We require experience delivering network infrastructure projects, preferably in data centre or network security environments.
• We require experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Prince, or PMP.
• We require Jira experience.
• We require experience creating, documenting, and representing proposed changes.
• We require experience documenting and managing project plans.
• We require strong customer focus and the ability to communicate at all levels.
• We require excellent problem-solving skills.
• We require the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• We require self-motivation and enthusiasm.
• We require leadership skills.
• Knowledge of the ITIL framework would be beneficial.

• We will have you ratify business requirements, project scope, and deliverables.
• We will have you manage and lead network and infrastructure projects in line with defined project plans, schedules, timescales, budgets, and quality standards.
• We will have you produce key project documents for c-level consumption.
• We will have you identify the impact of proposed network changes and communicate this clearly to a non-technical audience.
• We will have you manage project risks and issues.
• We will have you work in a highly process-driven environment.
• We will have you support the delivery of network infrastructure, security, and related technical projects.
• We will have you collaborate across a hybrid working model, working remotely and in the office as required by business demand and delivery needs.

Knowledge of Cisco ACI would be beneficial, and we will provide learning tools to help you build capability in new technologies.
