AtkinsRéalis is growing its Digital Blueprint consulting team and is looking for Enterprise Architects with extensive experience working with Critical National Infrastructure (CNI) organisations in the transportation (aviation, rail or highways) and nuclear energy sectors. Is this you?

As an Enterprise Architect in our Secure Government business unit you’ll bring your specialist Critical National Infrastructure (CNI) experience to a wide variety of digital transformation programmes. This could involve working with CNI organisations on enterprise architecture, digital engineering, cyber security or operational technology (OT) projects. It could provide opportunities for overseas working if that’s what interests you. AtkinsRéalis provides significant investment in training and development: we want to help you be successful.
Your role- Whilst Architecture experience in digital and operational technology in asset-intensive and heavily-regulated environments is important, we are equally interested in individuals who can bridge the gap between senior decision-makers, technology delivery teams and operational users. We are looking for individuals who:
- Bring credibility with CNI stakeholders, based on a practical understanding of the challenges faced by asset-intensive and heavily-regulated organisations, plus how operational, information and technology ecosystems interact.
- Are confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels, from front-line staff and subject matter experts through to executive decision-makers.
- Can rapidly assimilate complex information, identify patterns and relationships, and apply lessons learnt from previous programmes, systems and real-world usage.
- Possess strong critical-thinking and analytical skills, enabling them to
- challenge assumptions and develop evidence-based recommendations.
- Combine rigour and pragmatism to governance, assurance and risk management activities; bringing determination and confidence to break deadlocks and chart a path through complex issues.
- Are comfortable operating in ambiguous environments where requirements are still emerging and the pathway to delivery is not always clear.
- Demonstrate creativity and innovation when solving complex challenges involving the safe and efficient use of digital and operational technology.
- Understand the opportunities and limitations of emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, data analytics and automation.
- Education:
Degree-level in a relevant business, technical or analytical subject supported by ongoing professional development. - In-depth knowledge of the UK regulatory environment in your chosen CNI industries.
