This role, based in Klerksdorp , focuses on placing top IT and tech professionals with leading companies across North West and beyond. You will leverage your deep understanding of the tech landscape and your extensive network to identify and attract top talent.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technology roles, including software development, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data science.
• Source, screen, and interview highly skilled technology candidates, assessing both technical and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the technology industry, understanding their unique hiring needs.
• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms to attract niche tech talent.
• Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process for candidates.
• Stay abreast of emerging technology trends and their impact on the talent market.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment consultancy, with a specialization in the technology sector.
• Demonstrated success in recruiting for various IT roles, including development, infrastructure, and data.
• Strong understanding of the South African technology job market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills.
• Proficiency in using recruitment technology, ATS, and social media for sourcing.
• Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
