D365 Power Platform Support Consultant - £40,000 Fully Remote/UK

A Microsoft Partner Consultancy are looking for a D365 Power Platform Support Consultant to join their growing team.

This is a fully remote role for someone with experience supporting Dynamics 365 CE/CRM, working directly with customers to troubleshoots issues within Power Platform/D365 and provide solutions.

The Role

• Provide 1st/2nd line support across Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues within agreed SLAs.
• Work with customers to understand and troubleshoot problems.
• Support solutions across the wider Power Platform.
• Liaise with internal consultants and technical teams where required.

About You

• Experience with Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
• Previous experience in a support or consultancy environment.
• Experience with supporting Power Platform.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• A proactive approach to problem solving.
