Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced  SAP Success Factors Reporting Analyst  with strong hands-on expertise in  Success Factors Report Building .
The candidate will be responsible for redesigning existing HR reporting and developing/enhancing custom reporting solutions within the  SAP Success Factors platform . The role will work closely with HR stakeholders, SAP teams, and technical teams to deliver accurate and effective reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Design, build, enhance, and maintain  custom reports in SAP Success Factors .
Develop reporting solutions based on HR business requirements.
Gather, analyze, and document reporting requirements from HR stakeholders.
Work with SAP and technical teams to deliver reporting solutions.
Ensure  accuracy, integrity, and consistency of HR reporting data .
Troubleshoot and resolve reporting-related issues.
Support end users with Success Factors reporting capabilities and best practices.
Enhance existing reports and migrate/redesign current HR reporting solutions where required.
Maintain appropriate documentation for reporting requirements and solutions.
MUST-HAVE SKILLS
7–10 years of relevant SAP Success Factors experience .
Strong hands-on experience in SAP Success Factors Report Building – MANDATORY.
Proven experience developing  custom reports and dashboards in Success Factors .
Strong understanding of  Success Factors reporting capabilities and reporting tools .
Experience gathering and translating business requirements into reporting solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
NOT REQUIRED
SAP Success Factors Employee Central (EC) Configuration is NOT required.
SAP Success Factors LMS experience is NOT required.
Candidates should primarily have strong  Success Factors Reporting / Report Building  experience.
Good to Have
Knowledge of  HRIS integrations and data migration .
Experience supporting  global HR teams .
Understanding of  HR data governance and reporting controls .
Previous experience in  professional services / consulting environments .
