Are you a regulatory reporting expert ready to lead in a high-impact system migration? We’re hiring a seasoned  Regulatory Transaction Reporting Lead  to support a front office system transformation with a laser focus on  EMIR, MiFIR, G20, and MMSR compliance . This is a rare opportunity to be the voice of Regulatory Transaction Reporting in one of the most visible system initiatives in the organization.

What you’ll be doing ?
As part of this mission-critical migration project, you will be the regulatory conscience of the operation. Your job: ensure that once the system of record moves, all reporting obligations continue flawlessly. While two reporting applications stay intact, the core data source will shift and you’ll make sure that  data integrity and lineage are rock-solid .
You will:
Safeguard compliance with  EMIR, MiFIR, MMSR, and G20  regulations during and after the migration.
Represent the  Regulatory Transaction Reporting  function in a dynamic project environment escalate confidently when needed.
Drive key project deliverables:  business requirements, approvals, UAT, risk/issue tracking , and issue resolution.
Analyze complex data challenges and ensure problem-free post-migration reporting across asset classes.
What we’re looking for?
This role is made for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to translate regulatory knowledge into technical execution.
You have:
A  strong background in data lineage, transaction reporting, and data analysis.
Prior experience in  Financial Markets , ideally within  middle office, back office, or reconciliation.
Deep understanding of instruments like  swaps, commodities, and repos.
Outstanding  stakeholder management  skills, so you're comfortable collaborating with Operations, Legal, and IT, and raising red flags when needed.
A structured approach to  project/change management  within regulated environments.

What is in it for you?
6-month contract with the option to extend for an additional 6 months.
A 36-hour workweek with flexible hours and a hybrid working model (combining office and home-based work).
Salary range: €6.145,90 – €8.867,50 gross per month (based on 36 hours/week and relevant experience).
Additional benefits: holiday allowance, 13th month salary, and pension contributions.
