Thesleff Group is looking for a commercially minded and highly tech-savvy Online Delivery Partnerships Manager to help us maximise the potential of our digital platforms, technology partnerships and online revenue channels.
This is broader than simply managing Deliveroo, Uber Eats and Just Eat.
We are looking for someone who understands how technology can improve commercial performance within a fast-moving hospitality business. From optimising existing online platforms to identifying, implementing and embedding new apps, systems and technology across the Group.
You could come from food tech, hotel tech, hospitality technology, e-commerce, online delivery oranother fast-moving commercial technology environment. What matters is that you understand platforms, data and digital customer journeys and can turn technology into tangible commercial results.

87, LUNA Omakase and JUNO Omakase, giving our Online Delivery & Technology Partnerships Manager considerable scope to make an impact across multiple brands and concepts.
Reporting to the Finance Director, you will work closely with Operations, Marketing, Finance and our external technology partners.
What will you be doing?As our Online Delivery & Partnerships Manager, you will:
- Take ownership of the performance and optimisation of our online delivery platforms, including Deliveroo, Uber Eats and Just Eat.
- Continuously review our digital platforms to ensure we are maximising revenue, conversion, profitability and customer engagement.
- Identify opportunities to improve the way technology is used across our restaurant portfolio.
- Research and assess new apps, platforms and hospitality technologies that could improve commercial or operational performance.
- Lead or support the implementation of new technology and applications across the Group, from initial assessment through to successful rollout.
- Build strong relationships with technology providers and external platform partners.
- Work with our delivery partners to maximise commercial opportunities, promotions, visibility and platform performance.
- Analyse performance data and translate it into clear, commercially focused recommendations.
- Optimise menus, pricing, promotions, product positioning and availability across digital channels.
- Ensure systems and platforms are configured correctly and being used to their full potential.
- Work collaboratively with restaurant teams to ensure new technology is successfully adopted at operational level.
- Monitor developments within food tech and hospitality technology and identify opportunities relevant to Thesleff Group.
- Challenge existing ways of working and identify smarter, faster and more commercially effective solutions.
Our Online Delivery & Partnerships Manager needs to be someone who genuinely enjoys technology but thinks commercially.
