An exciting opportunity to work as part of a growing End User Services UK department supporting multiple high-profile clients as part of the Capgemini portfolio. The role of Application Packager will be a forward-thinking position, which supports the client by providing software in a controlled and monitored method. Also allows you to drive a path for change, improvement, and efficiency as standard.

This is an opportunity to drive your own improvements and change the landscape for end user experience

Hybrid working:
The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your role Provide an organized and controlled method of providing software to the client.

Quality assurance testing

Document each individual application so an understanding of what the packaged application is expected to do and how this was achieved

Build relationships with the client, 3rd parties and vendors

Identifying of Automation and efficiency opportunities

Problem solving and solutioning

Assisting with UAT fault resolution

Your skills and experience

Strong Primary skills in packaging for multiple platforms

Expertise in a variety of packaging tools

Strong knowledge of different packaging formats

Experience on troubleshooting issues

Experience in Intune and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) is desirable
