About the role
We’re looking for a Tech Support Engineer based out of our London office. This is a hybrid role - 4 days per week on-site and one day working from home.
What You’ll Do- Device lifecycle management
: assist with laptop procurement, setup, returns, and secure wiping - Office IT support
: provide on‑hand support to our colleagues in our London office - AV support
: ensure meeting rooms and AV equipment are running reliably - End‑user support
: handle inbound support requests and be a friendly first point of contact for the team - Onboarding
: run IT onboarding calls for new joiners - New IT projects
: contribute to Tech Ops initiatives - Automation and tooling
: build automations and Slack bots to streamline repetitive work - Documentation
: write and maintain clear internal IT documentation and guides
- A friendly, end‑user focused attitude. You genuinely enjoy helping people solve problems.
- Strong organisational skills and a proactive mindset
- Comfort with common IT fundamentals (macOS, networking basics, SaaS tooling)
- A willingness to learn new tools and technologies quickly
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience in a high growth / startup environment
- Experience in a customer or public‑facing role
- Familiarity with bash scripting
