We’re looking for an experienced Cloud Engineer to join us at our Support Centre in Milton Keynes
. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll play a key part in building and running our cloud infrastructure, helping shape how we use cloud services across the business.

You’ll bring solid experience and confidence in cloud engineering, alongside a practical, problem‑solving mindset. In particular, you’ll have:

• Experience working within a cloud or Dev Ops team
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure technologies
• Proven experience with CI/CD deployments
  , pipelines and repositories
• Experience using scripting technologies to support automation
• Hands‑on experience with infrastructure‑as‑code
  , particularly Terraform
• The ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues with care and attention to detail
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with others

Reporting to the Head of Cloud Engineering, you’ll work closely with them and the wider team to:

• Build, operate and support cloud infrastructure across the business
• Champion the effective use of Azure cloud services
• Contribute to the IT and Infrastructure roadmap
• Support CI/CD processes and automation to improve reliability and efficiency
• Identify, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise
• Share knowledge and work collaboratively with colleagues across technology teams
