This role is for someone who enjoys owning a CRM platform rather than managing a sales team.
A growing technology business serving global customers is looking for a CRM Systems Manager to take responsibility for the performance, development and adoption of its CRM environment.

The position sits within a commercial support function, partnering closely with sales, marketing, finance and product teams to ensure the platform delivers reliable data, efficient processes and meaningful insight.
At its core, this is a systems role. The focus is on optimisation, governance, reporting, integrations and user adoption rather than people management.
Key focus areas:

• Ownership and administration of the CRM platform, including workflows, reporting and user permissions
• Driving data quality, process consistency and CRM adoption across the business
• Managing integrations and identifying opportunities to improve automation and commercial performance

The role will appeal to someone who enjoys translating business requirements into practical CRM solutions and who can balance technical administration with stakeholder engagement.
Essential experience:

• Hands-on administration of Salesforce or a comparable enterprise CRM platform
• CRM workflow automation, reporting, dashboards and data management
• Managing CRM integrations and supporting commercial teams with system development
