This is a unique opportunity to lead the strategy, development and delivery of HR and workforce systems across our five international markets.

Working at the heart of our Global Digital & Technology function, you'll play a key role in delivering innovative solutions that improve workforce planning, employee experience and operational efficiency.

The Role

As our Global HR & Workforce Systems Manager, you'll own a portfolio of HR, workforce management and learning technologies, partnering with stakeholders across HR, Operations, Technology and external providers to ensure our systems continue to deliver value to the business.

From defining roadmaps and managing technology partners to leading international system implementations, you'll balance strategic thinking with hand-on delivery to drive meaningful business outcomes.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Leading the global HR and workforce systems roadmap, ensuring technology supports business priorities across multiple international markets.
• Delivering end-to-end implementation of HR and workforce technology projects, including planning, stakeholder management, testing, training and adoption.
• Managing relationships with software vendors and implementation partners, ensuring successful delivery, performance and continuous improvement.
• Building business cases for new technology investments and enhancements, ensuring solutions deliver measurable operational and commercial value.
• Driving collaboration across Global HR, Operations, Digital & Technology teams and Sodexo Group stakeholders to deliver scalable and effective technology solutions.

About You

We're looking for someone who combines strong technology expertise with excellent stakeholder management and delivery skills

• Experience managing HR systems, workforce management platforms or enterprise applications.
• A successful track record of delivering complex technology projects across multiple regions or business units.
• Experience working with SaaS platforms, third-party vendors and implementation partners.
• Strong communication, influencing and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to translate business needs into practical technology solutions.
• Experience with in hospitality, events, leisure, retail or another workforce-intensive environment would be advantageous.
