Walker and Sloan are proud to be working with a Digital Marketing Agency in Bristol as they are keen to bring on board a Paid Media Manager to the team on a full time basis.

Up to 40k

The Role

Were looking for a Paid Media Specialist who thrives in a dynamic environment and is motivated to make an impact. Youll have the opportunity to work directly with a range of clients - from start-ups to established brands - delivering data-driven paid media solutions that align with evolving privacy standards.

What Youll Do

Develop and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads Meta Ads and other relevant platforms.
Leverage our attribution suite of tools to provide clear actionable insights into campaign strategy.
Collaborate closely with our clients to understand their goals adjust strategies and communicate results.
Work in a supportive collaborative team environment that prioritises learning and growth.

Must haves

2-4 years working in a paid media role
Great knowledge of Google Ads & Meta Ads
Great knowledge of Google Analytics
Knowledge of Google Tag Manager or aptitude to learn
Account management/client facing experience
Agency experience

Nice to haves

Experience with additional platforms (Tik Tok Ads Linked In Ads etc.).
Multi-sector campaign experience.
Knowledge of Google Data Studio and Funnel
Were happy to hear about other areas of your skill set that can add value to our company
