Data Analyst, Data Scientist, AI Engineer (Applied/Software), Data Science Manager
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a STEM Expert to work on a Full-Time basis. The role involves providing specialized knowledge in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics to support critical projects. Candidates will engage with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Apply expertise in STEM disciplines to analyze complex problems and recommend evidence-based solutions.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to interpret technical data and translate findings into actionable strategies.
- Conduct research, experiments, or simulations to validate hypotheses and improve project outcomes.
- Develop and refine models, algorithms, or frameworks to enhance operational efficiency or product performance.
- Document findings, methodologies, and recommendations in clear technical reports for leadership review.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a STEM field (e.g., Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Python, R, MATLAB) or statistical software.
- Experience interpreting technical specifications, research papers, or industry standards.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences with clarity and precision.
- Familiarity with project management principles and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum) is a plus.
