Shopify Store Management Specialist; Social Media | E-commerce

Overview:

Our client is looking for a Shopify Store Management Specialist (Social Media | E-commerce) to manage their online presence and Shopify store while helping increase brand visibility, audience engagement, and sales. The role involves creating and scheduling social media content, managing Shopify products and orders, following up on inbound leads, and monitoring performance against key KPIs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and experienced in social media and Shopify, with the ability to work independently and support the client’s day-to-day digital operations.

Flexible during client's business hours, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM

• Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content across multiple platforms to build brand awareness
• Manage and grow the Shopify e-commerce store, including product listings, updates, and order support
• Monitor and respond to community engagement to foster audience loyalty and trust
• Follow up on inbound leads generated through social media and e-commerce channels
• Assist with scheduling, follow-ups, and light administrative tasks to support daily operations
• Track and report on social media and e-commerce performance metrics against set KPIs

• Proven experience managing social media accounts for small businesses or e-commerce brands
• Hands-on experience with Shopify store management
• Strong written communication skills with an eye for brand-consistent messaging
• High level of attention to detail and ability to maintain quality across all outputs
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines

• Maintain a consistent posting schedule across all active social media platforms
• Support the launch and ongoing management of the Shopify online store
• Help drive revenue by increasing online visibility and converting social media traffic into sales
• Automate recurring social media tasks to maximize productivity during working hours
• Provide regular updates and progress reports to the business owner
