Role Overview :
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Military Writing Specialist to work on a Full-Time basis. The role involves preparing and editing military-related documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to military standards. You will support operational reporting, briefings, and technical documentation for defense and security contexts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, edit, and proofread military documents including after-action reports, operational summaries, and readiness assessments.

• Ensure all written materials comply with military formatting, terminology, and classification guidelines.

• Collaborate with military and civilian stakeholders to gather information and refine content for clarity and precision.

• Maintain confidentiality and security protocols for sensitive military and defense-related materials.

• Adapt technical military terminology for diverse audiences, including non-military personnel.

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

• Experience preparing military documents such as reports, briefings, or operational orders is required.

• Proficiency in military terminology, acronyms, and classification standards is essential.

• Strong editing and proofreading skills with attention to detail and factual accuracy are mandatory.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines is required.

• Familiarity with defense and security sector operations is preferred.
