About the Role
Our client is seeking a distinguished Principal Management Consultant with expertise in Data & Analytics to join their fully remote global team. In this senior role, you will be at the forefront of helping clients harness the power of their data to drive strategic decision-making and achieve tangible business outcomes. You will lead complex data strategy and analytics engagements, mentor teams, and serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives.

- Lead the design and execution of data strategy, analytics, and business intelligence initiatives for clients.
- Develop advanced analytical models and insights to solve complex business problems across various industries.
- Advise C-suite executives on data governance, data monetization, and leveraging AI/ML for competitive advantage.
- Manage client relationships, build project teams, and ensure successful delivery of high-impact data solutions.
- Contribute to the firm's intellectual capital in data and analytics through thought leadership and best practice development.
- PhD or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics).
- 10+ years of experience in data analytics consulting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning, data mining, and visualization techniques.
- Proven ability to translate complex data findings into clear, actionable business recommendations.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
