Our client is one of the country’s leading professional services companies, based in the City of London with very flexible working.
Within their growing Digital team they’re looking to hire a Platform / Dev Ops Support Engineer.
You’ll work across Cloud (AWS / GCP), Dev Ops and Platform (Kubernetes) operations, supporting production services and helping drive automation (Python)
You’ll be key in the day-to-day operational health of the Digital team’s products and end user support and project work will cover security and IAM, incident management and resolution and even automation.
Requirements:- Good, broad IT support and service management experience
- Experience of operational support, Dev Ops and / or platform
- AWS / GCP knowledge wpould be ideal
- Experience of Jira and / or Slack
- Good understanding of web applications and Cloud would be ideal
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
