TRIA is seeking a Head of IT Functional Excellence to lead governance, operating models and transformation across the Group Technology function, driving alignment in a federated, multi-unit organisation.
This role sits remotely with travel to London or Manchester (2 days a month). You will define target operating models, playbooks, KPIs and performance frameworks while partnering with Finance, Procurement and HR.
A competitive package includes £7,200 car allowance and a 25% annual bonus.
