Our client is recruiting for an Apprentice First Line Support Engineer to join their team in Bishops Stortford Herts.

Wehave been massively successful with apprentices over the past years. We’vesuccessfully trained up 6 members of staff from apprentices. Most of which havebeen taken on as full-time employees following their training! We pride ourselves on creating an environment which supports development of young IT professionals.

Youwill be working alongside the team of currently, 9 support staff. Taking support tickets from customers, communicating with the users, listening, and resolving their issues by remote access via their RMM and ticketing system.

Work on special projects, investigating new technology and services.

Collaborating with other team members and individually. They encourage staff tofurther their certifications by mentoring and paying fees. The team work closely together providing a great working environment.
