Remote Endpoint and Device Specialist

Your skills in IT operations, endpoint security, and automation will be vital as you collaborate with Information Security to implement effective security controls. This is a chance to play a key role in optimizing endpoint processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the lifecycle for macOS, Windows, and Linux devices

• Administer UEM platforms to enforce configuration and compliance

• Manage Okta user provisioning and access controls

• Provide endpoint support via Jira Service Management

• Ensure efficient onboarding and offboarding processes

Requirements:

• 3+ years in endpoint management or similar fields

• Experience with UEM platforms like Microsoft Intune

• Knowledge of Okta SSO integration and policies

• Familiarity with decentralized work environments

• Strong endpoint security understanding
