Customer Support Engineer

My client was founded in 1988 and is a world leader in delivering cutting-edge solutions in defence and communications. The key to their success is designing all products in-house, emphasizing long-term reliability and quality control. As the Customer Support Engineer, you are responsible for providing support to a wide range of customers and projects to meet the companys business objectives.

As this is a customer-facing role, it will require a good communicator who can apply their skills to completing the task on time. What we would like from the Customer Support Engineer:
Proven experience managing technical operations and customer-facing contracts, ideally in communications or defence sectors Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and external contractors Deep understanding of downlink communication systems and field operations, including installations, commissioning, and maintenance Ability to tailor technical explanations to suit diverse audiences, from end-users to senior stakeholders Demonstrated customer-focused mindset, with a proactive approach to service delivery and relationship building What we offer the Customer Support Engineer:
