We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an IT Service Desk Engineer to join their remote IT support team.

You'll provide 1st and 2nd line IT support

• Provide remote 1st and 2nd line IT support to users.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage IT support tickets and service requests.
• Support Microsoft 365, Windows, laptops, and business applications.
• Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
• Escalate complex technical issues where required.
• Deliver professional and responsive customer service.

• Experience in IT Service Desk, IT Support, Helpdesk, or Technical Support

• Good knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• ITIL, CompTIA, Microsoft, or similar certification is advantageous.
