About the Role

Our client, a prominent Recruitment Consultancy , is looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Recruiter to join their team in Kimberley . This role is dedicated to sourcing and placing professionals in the rapidly evolving digital marketing landscape, including roles in SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, and analytics. You will work closely with clients to understand their brand goals and identify candidates with the expertise to drive digital success.

The hybrid work model allows for flexibility, combining remote work with essential collaboration within the Kimberley office.

• Source and recruit candidates for various digital marketing positions, such as Digital Marketing Managers, SEO Specialists, Content Creators, and Social Media Managers.
• Build a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, platforms, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Develop and maintain relationships with digital marketing professionals and networks.
• Screen candidates thoroughly, assessing their technical skills, creativity, and strategic thinking relevant to digital marketing roles.
• Manage the recruitment process, from initial contact through to offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and tools in digital marketing recruitment.

• Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on digital marketing or related fields.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
• Proven ability to source and attract candidates in specialized digital marketing roles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social recruiting platforms.
• A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
