We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a UX Designer Specialist to work on a Full-Time basis. The role involves designing and refining user experiences for a platform serving global markets. Responsibilities include conducting user research, creating wireframes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product usability.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and prototype user interfaces for a digital platform targeting global users.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and synthesize findings into actionable insights.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design solutions with business goals.
- Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and documentation for consistency.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and data-driven metrics to improve user satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX design projects and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate user needs into intuitive and accessible interface designs.
- Knowledge of design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies in a product development environment.
