About the Role
Our client, a leading online retailer, is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical E-commerce Social Media Analyst to join their marketing team in Benoni . This role is essential for measuring, analyzing, and reporting on the performance of social media campaigns and their direct impact on e-commerce sales and customer engagement. You will be responsible for interpreting complex data sets, identifying key trends, and providing actionable insights to optimize our social media strategy.
The ideal candidate has a strong quantitative background and a passion for understanding how social media drives online business growth.
- Collect, track, and analyze data from various social media platforms and e-commerce analytics tools.
