• Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for users.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
• Document technical issues and resolutions accurately in a ticketing system.
• Assist with IT asset management and inventory tracking.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Foundational knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and common software applications.
• Understanding of computer hardware, networking concepts, and troubleshooting techniques.
