About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly accomplished Senior Telecoms Solutions Architect to join their innovative team. This fully remote position allows you to leverage your extensive expertise to design and articulate complex telecommunications solutions for enterprise clients. You will work closely with sales, engineering, and product teams to understand client needs and architect bespoke solutions that address their unique business challenges.
Your role will be instrumental in driving sales engagements and ensuring the technical viability and strategic alignment of proposed solutions.
- Engage with prospective clients to deeply understand their business objectives and technical requirements.
- Design comprehensive, end-to-end telecommunications solutions incorporating voice, data, cloud, and security services.
- Develop detailed technical proposals, architecture diagrams, and presentations to clearly articulate proposed solutions.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to provide feedback on market needs and influence product roadmaps.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients, building strong relationships and demonstrating deep industry knowledge.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously enhance solution offerings.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in telecommunications, with a strong focus on solution architecture and pre-sales support.
- In-depth knowledge of IP networking, cloud infrastructure, unified communications, and cybersecurity.
- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into robust and scalable technical solutions.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with various vendor solutions and technologies within the telecommunications landscape.
