About the Role

Our client is looking for a strategic and innovative Senior Telecoms Solutions Architect to join their entirely remote team. This position is critical in designing comprehensive and scalable telecommunications solutions that meet the complex needs of enterprise clients. You will leverage your deep technical expertise and understanding of the telecoms landscape to architect solutions encompassing network, cloud, security, and unified communications.

• Lead the design and development of end-to-end telecommunications solutions, integrating various technologies and platforms.
• Collaborate with sales and client-facing teams to understand customer requirements and translate them into viable technical proposals.
• Develop detailed solution architectures, including network diagrams, technical specifications, and implementation roadmaps.
• Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to clients, articulating the value proposition of proposed solutions.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and vendors to ensure solutions remain competitive and cutting-edge.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the solution lifecycle, from pre-sales to post-implementation support.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in telecommunications solution design and architecture.
• Extensive knowledge of networking (IP, MPLS, SD-WAN), cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure), and cybersecurity principles.
• Proven experience with unified communications, contact center solutions, and mobile technologies within the telecoms domain.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, global team environment.
