About the Role
Our client is looking for an innovative Remote Cloud Network Engineer to architect, deploy, and manage their cloud-based telecommunications infrastructure. In this fully remote role, you will play a critical part in designing scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud networks that support a wide range of telecom services. You will work with leading cloud platforms and technologies, ensuring the seamless integration of on-premises and cloud environments.

- Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure cloud network architectures on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Configure and manage virtual private clouds (VPCs), subnets, routing, firewalls, and load balancers within cloud environments.
- Develop and automate network provisioning, configuration management, and monitoring using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure robust connectivity and performance for cloud-hosted applications and services.
- Troubleshoot complex network issues across hybrid cloud environments and provide timely resolutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with a focus on networking and cloud technologies.
- 5+ years of experience in network engineering, with at least 2 years specifically focused on cloud networking.
- Proficiency in designing and managing networks in at least one major public cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience with network automation tools and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and security best practices in cloud environments.
