GenAIz is a cutting-edge technology company specializing in developing solutions for the Life Sciences industry. We're looking for an experienced and skilled AI Developer to join our team and help create innovative solutions.

We're seeking a seasoned professional with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying various machine learning models. As our ideal candidate, you'll be responsible for:

• Developing high-quality software using Python
• Creating, training, and testing various Machine Learning (ML) models from scratch
• Implementing Large Language Models (LLMs) to solve complex problems in the Life Sciences industry
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions
• Troubleshooting and debugging code, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing best practices
• Staying up-to-date with advancements in AI/ML research and development

• 3+ years of experience in Python development (including data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming)
• Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their applications in the Life Sciences industry
• Experience creating various ML models from scratch using popular libraries such as Tensor Flow or Py Torch
• Strong knowledge of machine learning concepts, including supervised/unsupervised learning, neural networks, and deep learning
• Familiarity with software development methodologies
• Experience working with version control systems (Git)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Certification in machine learning or data science (e.g., Certified Data Scientist, Certified Machine Learning Engineer)
• Experience with deep learning architectures and neural networks
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure)
• Knowledge of Dev Ops practices and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines
