About us:

The Future Joint Command and Staff Trainer (FJCAST) programmewill transform the delivery of senior staff training, enabling Joint Headquarters, operational commands, coalitionpartnersand allied nations to train together across Land, Maritime, Air, Space and Cyberspace domains. Through the integration of simulation, synthetic environments, exercise design, data exploitation, operationalnetworksand coalition interoperability, FJCAST will support the training, preparation,experimentation and evaluation of UK and allied operational headquarters.

The role:

The Configuration and Assets Manageris responsible for managing all elements of data, documentation control, and assets within the FJCAST Programme. This will involve both internally generated documents as well as those from the customer, and from partner and sub-contracting organisations. As well asmaintainingthe project repository, the incumbent willbe responsible forthe running of regular Configuration Change Control Boards whilst managing a significant number of military assets.

Primarily home-based but must be prepared to travel to support internal and customer meetings. Main duties will include:
Ensuring that all required deliverable and non-deliverable contract data are properly identified, scheduled, marked, approved, inspected,submitted, and accepted. Administering the projects Configuration Change Control Board (CCCB) Supporting on-going Data Management processes, including CMMI, IPDP and DM internal audit gate review activities. Managing digital files and work products. Apply and administer Configuration Planning Configuration Identification Configuration Change Management Configuration Verification and Audits in compliance with Customer, Company, Security, and Program Standards Supports the on-going CM processes, including CMMI, IPDP and CM internal audit gate review activities Manages?digital

files and work products, including those imported from the Authority and suppliers. Be Responsible for championing and fostering a culture of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) compliance and continuous improvement. Leading a small teamofequipment administrators The Asset Manager willbe responsible fora number of Government Furnished Assets (GFA) across multiple sites Maintainingaccuraterecords of training equipment to inform the GFA holder, Attendance at relevant meetings Oversee the management and maintenance of training equipment assets across the Selborne Estates Provide regular reports on asset utilisation, maintenance schedules, and any issues related to training equipment Conduct Training Equipment Audits as required Work closely withother Key Stakeholder steams to ensure seamless integration of training equipment into educational…
