Role Overview :
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Business Analyst (Turkish Language) to work on a full-time basis. The role requires strong analytical and English comprehension skills, with the ability to read, summarize, and break down large content into smaller logical blocks. Candidates will conduct online research, validate claims made in the content, and work with large language models (LLMs) to solve analytical puzzles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read extensive documents in Turkish and English, summarize key points, and organize information into logical sections.

• Perform online research to verify factual statements and provide source‑based validation.

• Deliver detailed annotations and constructive feedback on LLM outputs to improve model accuracy.

• Design and execute analytical scenarios that challenge LLMs, such as sales distribution analyses and logical sequencing puzzles.

• Collaborate with AI engineering teams to integrate feedback and refine model training data.

• Document findings and create clear reports that communicate insights to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

• Maintain consistent quality standards while handling a variety of analytical questions across domains.

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

• Multilingual capability in both English and Turkish is mandatory for content analysis and communication.

• Strong analytical and research skills, demonstrated through the ability to break down complex information and validate claims.

• Ability to provide constructive feedback and detailed annotations that guide LLM improvement.

• Creative and lateral thinking abilities to develop novel scenarios for model training.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey findings clearly and effectively.
