Position: Senior SAP Basis Migration Specialist – BW/4HANA, BODS & Datasphere – Full Remote
For an international organization, we are urgently looking for a  Senior SAP Basis Migration Specialist with BW/4

HANA, BODS and Datasphere experience  for a  Full Remote position .
The consultant will support a major transformation from  SAP BW 7.5 on-premise to SAP BW/4

HANA Private Cloud , including technical migration activities, BODS modernization and cloud analytics integrations.
Candidates need to be willing to work US office hours.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
Support and coordinate the migration from  SAP BW 7.5 to SAP BW/4

HANA Private Cloud ;
Execute  In-place and Remote BW/4

HANA conversion  activities;
Configure and support BW/4

HANA migration tools, including  Transfer Cockpit  and required BW/4

HANA components;
Prepare and execute migration tests, mock runs and production cutover activities;
Troubleshoot migration, transport, performance and configuration issues;
Coordinate system copies, transports and landscape activities with the SAP Private Cloud team;
Lead the migration and upgrade from  SAP BODS 4.3 to BODS 2025 ;
Configure BODS repositories, Job Servers, Access Servers and data connections;
Set up integrations between SAP and non-SAP systems using  BODS and SLT ;
Configure connectivity between  SAC, SAP Datasphere, BW/4

HANA and HANA ;
Configure and maintain  SAP Cloud Connector and Datasphere Integration Agent ;
Provide SAP HANA database administration and performance optimization;
Support  SAP BPC  and related EPM environments;
Provide advanced Tier 3 technical support and root cause analysis;
Support SSO integration with  Microsoft Entra  / Azure AD .

Profile:
Bachelor or Master degree;
12+ years of SAP Basis / SAP Systems Engineering experience ;
Strong hands-on experience with  SAP BW, BW/4

HANA and SAP HANA ;

Experience with at least one complete  SAP BW 7.5 to BW/4

HANA migration ;

Experience with  In-place and Remote conversion strategies ;
Strong experience with  SAP BODS administration and upgrades ;
5+ years of SAP HANA database administration experience ;

Experience with  SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Datasphere ;

Experience with  SAP Cloud Connector and Datasphere DS Agent ;
Knowledge of  SAP SLT and BPC ;

Experience with Microsoft Entra  / Azure AD SSO is an advantage;
Knowledge of Linux (SUSE or RHEL) and VMware;
Excellent communication skills;
Fluent in English.
