Contribute your expertise as an Accessibility Specialist focusing on bilingual platforms at Archive Digital. This remote contract position offers an opportunity to make digital content accessible for a nonprofit organization.

Archive Digital is looking for a skilled professional with 5+ years of experience in WCAG auditing and accessible web applications. You will work alongside client leads to ensure that both English and French parts of the digital platform adhere to accessibility standards. Your collaborative approach and clear reporting will be vital to guiding accessible implementation and assessing key user journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute WCAG accessibility audits for bilingual content

• Test public and signed-in user experiences manually and with automation

• Provide detailed remediation guidance and verification

• Work closely with client teams to ensure successful delivery

• Clearly document all processes and findings

Requirements:

• 5 to 10 years relevant experience

• Solid understanding of WCAG and web application standards

• Familiarity with Canadian accessibility laws

• Fluency in English required;
French preferred

• Availability during EST business hours
