About the Role

Our client is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Apprentice IT Support Technicians , working entirely remotely from Mossel Bay . This apprenticeship is designed to equip you with the foundational skills needed to provide technical support to users across the organization. You will learn to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, manage user accounts, and assist with IT infrastructure maintenance.

• Provide remote technical assistance to users via phone, email, and chat for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve common IT problems, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of user workstations and peripherals.
• Document support requests, solutions, and user guides in a knowledge base.
• Participate in online training sessions and work towards IT support certifications.

• Completed Matric (or equivalent).
• A strong interest in technology and a desire to learn IT support skills.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/macOS), and common software applications.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective remote user interaction.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and troubleshoot problems systematically.
