• Lead the design, development, and deployment of machine learning models and advanced analytical solutions.
• Mentor and manage a team of data scientists, fostering innovation and ensuring project success.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to identify business challenges and opportunities for data-driven solutions.
• Develop and implement rigorous statistical analyses and A/B testing frameworks.
• Communicate complex findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI, and advocate for their adoption.

• Ph.D. or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in data science and machine learning.
• Proven track record of leading data science projects and teams.
• Expertise in programming languages like Python or R, and associated libraries (e.g., Tensor Flow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Deep understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and experimental design.
• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and SQL/No
  
  SQL databases.
