- Design, develop, and implement machine learning models for fraud detection, risk assessment, and customer behavior analysis.
- Extract, clean, and transform large, complex datasets from various financial sources.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy models into production environments.
- Communicate complex analytical findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the team's technical roadmap.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify new opportunities for data-driven innovation.
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, with a strong focus on financial services or fintech.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and expertise in relevant libraries (e.g., Tensor Flow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and SQL.
- Proven track record of developing and deploying machine learning models in production.
