About the Role
Our client is seeking an innovative and proactive Remote Project Manager, Digital Transformation to spearhead significant change initiatives. This position is fully remote, allowing you to contribute from anywhere within the designated regions. You will be responsible for managing projects that drive digital transformation across various business units, focusing on improving processes, enhancing customer experience, and implementing new technologies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital trends, project management best practices, and a proven ability to lead distributed teams towards achieving strategic business objectives in a dynamic, evolving digital landscape.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of digital transformation projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, operations, and customer service, to define project scope and objectives.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and risks for remote teams.
- Develop and implement communication plans to keep all stakeholders informed of project progress.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and technology adoption to enhance business capabilities.
- Foster a collaborative and productive environment for geographically dispersed team members.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on digital transformation or change management initiatives.
