About the Role

Our client seeks a visionary Lead Telecom Solutions Architect to spearhead the development of innovative telecommunications strategies from Rustenburg . This senior position involves designing comprehensive network solutions that meet evolving business needs and technological advancements. You will lead a team of architects and engineers, translating complex requirements into scalable, efficient, and cost-effective designs. This is a crucial role for driving technological innovation within the telecoms landscape.

Design and architect end-to-end telecommunications solutions , covering voice, data, and mobile networks. Lead the technical evaluation and selection of new technologies and vendors. Develop high-level designs and detailed solution blueprints for complex projects. Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams throughout the lifecycle. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and propose strategic solutions. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our client remains competitive.

Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in telecom network architecture and design. Deep understanding of 5G, LTE, SD-WAN, cloud networking, and VoIP technologies . Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage complex projects. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. Experience in strategic planning and road mapping for large-scale network deployments.
