About the Role
Our client is seeking a results-oriented Remote Project Manager specializing in Digital Transformation to lead strategic initiatives from anywhere. You will be responsible for guiding projects that modernize our client's technological infrastructure and business processes, driving innovation and efficiency across the organization. - Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of digital transformation projects.
- Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in alignment with strategic business goals.
- Develop comprehensive project plans , budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
- Manage cross-functional teams in a remote setting , fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively throughout the transformation journey.
- Communicate project status, insights, and key decisions to stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in project management , with a strong focus on digital transformation.
- Proven experience leading large-scale, complex IT and business process transformation projects.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects effectively in a fully remote environment.
- Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
