About the Role
Our client is seeking a visionary Lead AI Ethics and Governance Specialist to join their pioneering AI & Emerging Technologies division. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to contribute from anywhere. You will be at the forefront of establishing responsible AI practices, ensuring that our client's AI systems are developed and deployed ethically, fairly, and transparently. This senior role involves shaping policies, developing frameworks, and guiding cross-functional teams to navigate the complex ethical landscape of artificial intelligence.
You will play a critical role in building trust and ensuring accountability in our client's AI initiatives.
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics policies, guidelines, and governance frameworks.
- Conduct ethical risk assessments and impact analyses for new AI projects and applications.
- Advise product development and engineering teams on ethical considerations throughout the AI lifecycle.
- Lead training and awareness programs on AI ethics and responsible innovation for employees.
- Monitor regulatory developments and industry best practices in AI ethics and compliance.
- Collaborate with legal, compliance, and stakeholder teams to ensure alignment and responsible deployment of AI technologies.
- Advanced degree in Law, Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or a related field, with a focus on AI ethics.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing AI ethics or responsible AI programs.
- Deep understanding of AI technologies, their societal impacts, and relevant ethical challenges.
- Familiarity with international regulations and standards related to AI and data privacy.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead initiatives and influence stakeholders across diverse functions in a remote setting.
