• Previous experience in a technical support, customer service, or setup role is essential.
• Strong understanding of common operating systems (Windows, macOS) and basic networking concepts.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills, with a patient and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple client requests simultaneously in a remote environment .
