• Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; PMP or Agile certification is essential.
• Over 8 years of experience in project management , with a significant focus on digital transformation and change management.
• Proven experience leading remote teams and managing complex, multi-faceted digital projects.
• Deep understanding of digital technologies, trends, and methodologies (e.g., AI, cloud computing, automation).
