you’ll doWe are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Field Engineer to help deliver excellent service across Scottish Power's strategic telecommunications network throughout Scotland, including interfaces with the SSEN and National Grid telecommunications networks. This role supports Vodafone's ongoing managed service partnership and plays a key part in ensuring network reliability and performance.

You will provide professional field engineering support across both service delivery and assurance activities, contributing to the successful operation and maintenance of critical utility infrastructure. The role includes participation in a 24/7/365 support and maintenance service, helping to respond to network issues and carry out planned maintenance activities.

Working closely with project engineers and wider delivery teams, you will support the successful implementation of projects and operational activities, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and customer experience are maintained.
