• Salary - £33,000 + up to 10% annual bonus + annual pay reviews
• Start Date - September 2027
• Scheme length – 3 years
• Location – Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire with hybrid working depending on business needs
• Criteria:
  You’ll need at least a 2:2 degree in any subject. A numerate or analytical subject may be helpful, but it isn’t essential.

You’ll complete rotations across different Data and Digital teams, including digital product, digital insight, customer analytics, data engineering, data management and data quality. You’ll work with experienced colleagues and see how data and digital innovation can improve customer experiences, business performance and strategic decision making.

We’re looking for curious graduates who enjoy solving problems, analysing information and turning insight into action. Whether you’re exploring customer behaviour, improving digital journeys or supporting future digital solutions, you’ll help us deliver great experiences for our customers and colleagues.

You’ll be based in Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire, with hybrid working depending on business needs. Regular office time will help you collaborate with your team and learn from experienced colleagues.

Please note this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship as it does not fulfil the criteria set by the Home Office. This is a three-year programme. Candidates must have, or be able to obtain, permission to work in the UK in a way that enables them to undertake the role and complete the programme. Over the three-year scheme, you’ll complete rotations across our Data and Digital teams. You’ll build knowledge across different areas of the business. You’ll also gain hands‑on experience in analysing data, understanding customer needs, reviewing digital experiences and supporting digital projects.

• Working across Data and Digital teams, helping turn customer insight and digital ideas into practical business improvements.
• Exploring areas such as customer analytics, digital product, data management, data quality and digital insight.
• Supporting digital product activity, working with colleagues across the business and technology teams.
• Reviewing customer journeys and digital experiences to identify ways to improve online interactions.
• Building your confidence with data, using tools such as PowerBI, SQL, Google Analytics and Microsoft Azure.
• Communicating insights and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Developing your career through varied rotations, professional development, mentoring and graduate support.
